We want customers to receive the item they ordered in good condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details about the issue.

For other return requests, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review eligibility and provide return instructions. Items should be returned in the condition received with included accessories and packaging when reasonably possible.

Some items or circumstances may not qualify for return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is reviewed. Original shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
